This page explains what marianomedia.co collects when you visit and why. The site is run by Mariano Media Inc., Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

What we measure

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how people use this page. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. It records:

• the page you viewed, the site that referred you (for example LinkedIn) and any campaign tags in the link
• your approximate country, device type, browser and operating system
• how far you scrolled, which sections you saw, which buttons and links you clicked, and roughly how long you stayed

Vercel identifies a visit using a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so visits cannot be linked over time or traced back to you.

The “what brings you here?” question

You may see a short optional question asking what brought you to the site. If you answer, we record only the option you picked, with no name, email or other details. Your browser remembers that you answered or closed it (in local storage on your device) so it doesn’t ask again. You can clear this in your browser settings at any time.

What we don’t do

• We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We don’t record your screen or keystrokes.
• We don’t try to identify who you are or which company you work for.
• We don’t sell or share this information.

Where it’s stored

Analytics data is processed and stored by Vercel Inc. in the United States. We look at it only in aggregate, to decide what to improve on the site.

Your choices

You can block analytics with any standard content or tracker blocker, and the site will work the same. If you contact us, we use your message only to reply.
